I was on a very tight schedule, with only two hours to claim the body from the mortuary, and they were the only company that provided a fair, transparent, and detailed breakdown of the package through SMS—within my budget and without insisting on WhatsApp. Karen’s dedication was especially reassuring. She coordinated every step seamlessly—from arranging the undertaker at the mortuary, embalming, booking the void deck, setting up the funeral space, handling the cremation application, and ensuring all prayer items and rituals were properly prepared. Her daily onsite check-ins and thoughtful guidance on customs and practices gave my family peace of mind during a very difficult time. Everything was communicated clearly, invoices were transparent, and payment via PayNow was straightforward. Most importantly, Karen’s compassion and professionalism made us feel supported throughout the entire process. Thank you once again for your outstanding service.
